Sam is the Head of Strategy at BISI. Originally from Cornwall in the Southwest of the UK, Sam read History at the University of Edinburgh, graduating with First-class Honours before working in the Fintech industry for two years. Sam is a current MSc candidate for the Security Studies program at University College London. His interests include political ideology, political risk, tech and cyber policy, and East Africa, having travelled there extensively. He is responsible for leading BISI’s development and growth and delivering on the think tank’s mission.
