Oscar is an Analyst at BISI. Alongside his work for the institute, he is completing a Security Studies MSc at University College London. He previously completed a BSc in Politics and International Relations at the University of Southampton, where his dissertation examined populism in the American Republican Party. His research interests include electoral politics, populism, civil conflict dynamics, and terrorism.
