Milica holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Belgrade and is currently pursuing a MSc in Security Studies at UCL, as a Chevening Scholar. Before joining BISI, she worked as a junior researcher at the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy and a journalist at European Western Balkans. She is an alumna of European Youth Parliament and OSCE Dialogue Academy.

Her areas of interest include terrorism, extremism and radicalisation, as well as defence and cyber governance. She focuses on Europe, particularly the Balkans.
