Martyna Chmura holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Leiden University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Digital, New Technology and Public Policy at Sciences Po Paris. At BISI, she is an analyst in the Technology Section, focusing on technology policy, the geopolitical implications of emerging technologies, AI ethics, and cybersecurity. She has gained experience across research, diplomatic, and policy environments, contributing to projects at the intersection of governance, innovation, and security within European and international contexts.
