Lily is an Analyst at BISI. She holds an MSc (Distinction) from King’s College London in Global Affairs and an MSc (Distinction) from University College London in Security Studies. She currently works as a conflict researcher, investigating civilian harm and forcible transfer in conflict zones. 

Originally from New York City, Lily used to live in Moscow and is interested in current Russian politics, civilian harm, and international terror networks.
