Kira is an Analyst at BISI, specialising in the Middle East and South Asia. She holds an MSc in Security Studies from University College London and a BA in History from King’s College London. Her research focuses on democratic backsliding, ethnic conflict, and governance in divided societies. She also monitors and reports on elections worldwide. With experience living and working in Sweden, Russia, England, and the US, Kira brings a global perspective and a proactive approach to emerging security challenges.
