Issam Eddine Gammoudi holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law and Democratic Governance, specialising in Security Sector Reform (SSR). Drawing on three years of diplomatic experience in multilateral files and strategic international relations, he is currently completing a second MSc in International Security and Global Governance at Birkbeck, University of London. As a Chevening Scholar, Issam is dedicated to bridging the gap between academic research and practical policy in global affairs. He has also undergone specialised training in humanitarian diplomacy and crisis communications at the Clingendael Institute in the Netherlands. His career is driven by a commitment to addressing hybrid threats and enhancing human security on a global scale.
