We were honoured to take part in the 4th Sarajevo Security Conference, "Securing Europe in a Divided World," held from September 4th–6th, 2026, and to host a dedicated panel on energy security, AI, and decarbonisation as part of the conference programme.

It was a privilege to contribute to this premier forum, organised by the NewLines Institute for Strategy and Policy under the patronage of the Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and to join elite think tank researchers, business leaders, defence officials, and intelligence experts in addressing the complex security challenges facing Central, Eastern, and South Eastern Europe.

The conference provided an important platform for high-level dialogue on the future of European security, the integration of Artificial Intelligence in modern defence, and the growing importance of resilience across the region, while fostering valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and collaboration. We were pleased to bring the critical intersection of energy security, AI, and decarbonisation into this conversation, and to support Sarajevo's role as a vital crossroads for trans-regional dialogue and Euro-Atlantic stability.
