As Head of Operations and Communications at BISI, Elif coordinates the think tank's activities, managing both internal operations and external communications.

She holds a First-Class Honours degree in International Relations and a Master’s in Security Studies from University College London (UCL). Elif brings diverse experience in project management, activism, legal consulting, and cyber policy. Her primary areas of interest are the Middle East and Central Asia, focusing on geopolitics, conflict, and the emerging role of cyber power.
