Carlotta is an analyst at BISI in the Technology Section with a strong interest in terrorism, Artificial Intelligence, and cybersecurity. She is currently in her third year pursuing a BSc in International Relations at LSE.

Originally from France, Carlotta grew up in Mexico and Switzerland, experiences that shaped her international perspective and academic interests. Her research focuses on the intersection of emerging technologies and international security.
