Anna is an Analyst at BISI. She is in her second year of BSc in Liberal Arts and Sciences, specialising in Governance, Economics and Development at Leiden University College. Currently based in The Hague, she is originally from Italy and is passionate about travelling to discover new cultures and societies. Aiming to foster awareness among the youth about local and international affairs, she contributes to an Italian online geopolitical newspaper and chairs the academic committee of the student association representing the university colleges of the Netherlands.

Her research interests are diverse, at the intersection of economics, international relations, and development. Among other topics, she focuses on migration towards the European Union, its policies, root causes, and surrounding geopolitical dynamics.
